Pleased with the item but had doubt that it would work on by wood burner as I can't access the top and as I thought might be the case the fan must have cooler air enter the large heatsink to enable it to work. Having said that it is well made and would be fine on a normal stove with access so I will pass it on to a friend or neighbour.No complaints as I took the chance.

Arrived only in it's box, item is brand new and no issues other than the Royal mail going on strike. Item had foam to keep it in place, the item is smaller enough with room to spare. The gap on top of the stove isn't very big but this fits in well.
