Payment
All items purchased via eBay must be paid within 5 days unless otherwise agreed with the Go Shop account manager - Any items that are not paid within this time frame will have to go through the resolution centre as a non-paid item which may result in a strike against your account.

All stock is despatched from our own warehouse but at times items that appear on eBay may be out of stock - We do everything in our power to update stock availability to ensure customer satisfaction.

Delivery
All parcels on our standard delivery service will be delivered within 2-3 working days to Mainland UK.
Pallet delivery orders for heavy items are delivered by various carriers. No assistance will be given by the driver to move the item into your property.
All orders on our express service will be delivered within 1-2 working days to Mainland UK only.
Please note that we are allowed to legally hold orders for upto 24hours before despatch.

Returns policy details:

All new items sold come with a minimum 12 month warranty. Some manufacturers do offer a longer time period on warranties and this will be mentioned in the listing. Faulty items will be dealt with directly through the individual manufacturer or through our company where applicable.

If you have ordered an item by mistake you can still make a return but there will be a 15% re-stocking fee. Also the item must be unused and in it’s original packaging.

Excellent sweeper with great features

I wanted a better sweeper than the basic one I have. This one has adjustable settings for different carpet thickness and works really well. My only criticism is the way handle attaches to the sweeper, poor design. Kept coming loose so I had to keep tightening it only for it to pop out, but nothing that epoxy and gaffer tape could not fix. So my bottom part of handle is now permanently attached to sweeper but that is not a problem for me but why I only gave it 4 stars, when it should have had 5.

So Dissapointing

I chose Ewbank because it has always been a very reliable brand, however this product is shoiddy to say the least, where the handle joins constantly comes undone I had to tape it up on every join to be able to use it, the height adjuster is useless, I would never order Ewbank again

It simply works.

Works as well as my previous battery powered sweeper at a fraction of the price. No battery to fail. My gran had one of these and maybe my grand children will buy one.

Great little sweeper.

A sweeper that's got everything, high and low settings for the brush and a handy lever to empty the contents without turning the sweeper upside down. It sweeps very well indeed on all types of floors. The handle tends to come loose while sweeping, but other than that a very good sweeper. Highly recommended. Rob.

I love my Ewbank,I am not getting any younger and now only "hoover"once a week plus my 10yr old Granddaughter is the next "Ewebank Generation!" She now is taking great pride in her room as it is so easy and light for her to handle(my mum's was a good bit heavier over 60yrs ago!!)Do n't know why I never bought one years ago, anyone thinking they "won't do the job" think again they are "Super Sweepers!!👍
