Buyer chose to pay for the cheaper standard service with no tracking - even tho a tracking service was available. Package was also posted same day as it was purchased (like all items are) but as they only paid for standard international post it took longer than they expected. Explained that once an item is posted it is essentially up to the postal service to deliver on time and out of my control.
