Terms and conditions of the sale
Please respect our 99.5% POSITIVE FEEDBACK rating and understand that by bidding / buying you are agreeing to the following terms and conditions:
 
1) COURIER DELIVERY:
i) Orders received before 12.30pm Monday to Friday are usually despatched same day on a next WORKING day or 48hr delivery service - see item description for details. Please make allowances for Bank Holidays, Saturdays etc
ii) We are not responsible for courier delays and cannot enter into discussions regarding compensation for late deliveries.
iii) We use APC. If you are not in you will be "carded". Re-delivery will be the following working day UNLESS you contact them. If you are carded twice the goods remain at your local depot for collection for FIVE DAYS only. After this period the goods are returned to us. Unfortunately then you will be liable for a DOUBLE delivery charge IN ADDITION to what you have already paid. In the event of an initial FREE delivery the re-delivery will be chargeable.
iv) International delivery - The goods MUST be signed and we can ONLY deliver to the credit card holders CONFIRMED address.
2) POSTAL SERVICE DELIVERY - we are not responsible for postal delays. 99% of the time they get it right however, they do allow themselves 15 days before they declare an item missing even if it's 1st class recorded. IMPORTANT if you do NOT receive your item with 3 working days PLEASE CONTACT US. The Post Office have a habit of simply returning items they can't deliver and when they do there is a charge for re-delivery. It's best to catch them BEFORE they return the item so in other words simply CONTACT US if it hasn't arrived when we said it would in our Dispatch Confirmation email.
3) PAYMENT must be received within 3 days.
4) WARRANTY: New goods are sold with manufacturers ONE YEAR warranty, unless stated otherwise.
5) USED GOODS are sold "AS IS", with no warranty offered or implied, condition as stated.
6) DAMAGES. 'Damaged in transit' goods - to be reported within 24 hours of delivery. No damage claims or returns will be accepted after 24 hours. Goods will be collected by our courier, returned here for inspection then a replacement item shipped ASAP but allow 28 days.
7) FAULTY GOODS
i) in the event of your item developing a fault please return the goods to us as soon as possible. Please ensure the item is well packed and contact us in advance for returns authorisation. You are advised to use an insured courier for safety and traceability. Goods sent without authorisation will be refused and NOT signed for. Once the goods arrive we will repair or replace at our discretion as soon as possible.
ii) Faulty goods, additional note: Guitars with interpretational / subjective issues like action, tone, grain of wood, colour etc are not faults as such and therefore excluded from our Faulty Goods policy and will not be exchanged, fixed or replaced. (We could spend all day discussing the merits of high / low action. For example too low action = great for light pickers and fast players but maybe no good for other styles. Too high action = great for loud strumming but no good for shredding etc). You still of course have the right to return your item under our Business Return Policy or if the guitar develops a fault that is specifically covered by the manufacturers warranty (see manufacturer for details)
iii) used items - NO RETURNS available on used items unless specified otherwise in the Item Description.

8) GUITAR MANIA: is a legitimate, honest and hard working business established in 1994. We'll do our best to try and resolve any problems as quickly and as fairly as possible as long as you behave in the same honest and reasonable way

    Fantastic Eat Protection Plugs

    The Fender Plugs are very comfortable in the ear. I first used them at an old school punk gig. I could actually hear each instrument and vocals very well and left the gig after without the usual ringing in my ears for the next few days.

    Good decibel reduction, poor clarity for performance.

    Because they were labelled musician earplugs, I expected less muffling and more clarity of sound. These are just basic Christmas tree plugs, great for making live music in pubs bearable, no use for performing.

    Great, inexpensive, protection for anyone planning on going to concerts

    These earplugs really work! While loud music is definitely a lot quieter, it's not muffled like with foam earplugs and you can still hear the clarity of the music but without suffering hearing damage. I can confirm that there was no ringing in my ears after using these at concerts and in nightclubs. They're inexpensive and comfortable.

    Great ear plugs for musicians

    I've been looking for a replacement for the 3M earplugs I used to use, now sadly unavailable. Have been disappointed by some of the earplugs I have tried, due to discomfort and after-effects on my hearing. These fender plugs are great, very comfortable and a good fit. The cord is unobtrusive and so far has prevented me losing them.

    Not good

    I use ear plugs when playing drums in a band. Found that theses were not as effective as the " Christmas tree " type I normally use and are not adjustable.
