I love Nikon and had built up a collection of top end glass and bodies but due to an accident I needed to go light. I bought an XT1 to see if I liked the feel of Fuji and couldn't get over how small, light and well built it was. I decided to sell all my Nikon gear and go 100% Fuji. The image quality from an XT2 is more like that of full frame. The only drawback with the XT2 is that I've already lost the rubber eyecup. That aside, the viewfinder is superb, electronic silent mode is perfect for wildlife, the lenses are first class. I've been so impressed I've also just bought the Gfx50S. Go for it you won't be disappointed.

I can add little to what everyone else says about these. They are fantastic cameras. I do think the X-T2 is worth the extra over the its smaller relations simply as its much nicer to hold. Which is probably the only problem with these, even the larger X-T2 needs a grip to be comfortable to use with the mid size lens's. But one of the awesome things about Fuji is the quirkyness and tiny size so handling is something you quickly learn to live with. I used to take pictures coz i had to (family) but the X-T20 and X-T2 has changed me to someone who wants to grab my Fuji and go and take some pictures. As an added bonus Fuji are on top of the game when it comes to specs and image quality (I think this is overrated, but its still v.good)

I love the X-T2, it takes me back to the old days of SLR but is packed with modern features and produces stunning images. The sensor needs to be cleaned every couple of months but this is easy to do using a sensor cleaning kit. The two small screws that hold in the tripod socket have a habit of coming adrift, but Fuji service provide excellent support and once replaced they can be held in using purple locktite. I've been using X-T2's for a about 14 months, they are excellent camera's with some good lenses. I plan to stick with the X-T2 for quite a while.

This fixed most of the niggles of the X1: bigger sensor and better AF being the main two. I do miss the silent mode, however.
