Well built and easy to use. So well built it’s hard to believe it’s made in UK. And it has a nice purposeful appearance! You need to be sure you attach the plunger the right way around or it will keep falling off - check the pic on the box if in doubt. Ricer plate sticks to plunger sometimes but only needs a spoon or similar to tap it away. End result is really nice soft potato.

Appears to be good quality stainless steel, however it is not a good ergonomic design. There are too many components, although this makes it easy to clean it also makes it easy to fall apart when trying to rice the potato. Far too fiddly and not a user friendly device. Yes it does make good mash but not worth the effort
