I have always wanted this type of sprinkler. It throws water a long way on full pressure but the best thing about it is the ability to target the watering cutting down the positions I need to move it from three with a traditional sprinkler to two. Yes it takes a little time to work out the spray and yes it does sometimes stick but this is usually to do with a need to increase the pressure from the tap. My garden is an odd shape but now I do not soak the shed or the fence. Would definitely recommend.

I bought it because it was metal, but the spike that goes on the ground broke very easily. I should have spent more on better quality.

Use a water tractor for most of my watering but have a few areas where this does not work. Ordinary sprinklers have such a small spread that you are forever moving them. This has great spread, so bang it in and leave it to do its job on a timer. More time for getting on with the rest of life.
