Door could be thicker so I will enhance it with wood.instructions say two to three hours build time with two people. it took two above average DIY people 9 hours.Some sealer needed around some roof panels and some hole redrilling needed but I'm very pleased for what I paid for it.

I built this alone in about 7 hours but help for the wall corners and roof supports would be needed by others as they can be frustrating to set right on your own. Once the corners are fitted it is very straight forward. The colour is very natural. I would definitely recommend this as a great addition to your garden������������

It wasn't, as I discovered 2 weeks later after coming back from a holiday. Communication with the company was swift with the request from them to identify the missing parts. 10.00 that night I got a response the warehouse would find the parts missing from stock and send. This might take 1-2 working days. Before the end of the following working day, the parts arrived. THE BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER

They offer £30 partal refund I refused and asked for replacement (which they don't do) I am now being ghosted from reply to my email i have given they 24hrs after this time I will open a case. From my experience so far this company will not help you if there is a problem and I yet to check if the Electrics on this awning but you will need the remote to do this. I would not recommend buying from this seller.
