Good but....
Would have given this product a full 5 stars but recently tracked my motrohome and found that the locations was not exactly where it should have been - it travelled an hours journey in about 30 minutes! So dont know what happened but think that the same thing happened before. This could be something to do with its location in the vehicle interfereing with a good signal, but I would have thought that the unit would send no signal at all or give an error message. to expensive
I purchased this item because is was not very expensive, however when l was setting it up it said to top up the sim card, l contacted the company and they said to top up £5 but then they said will only last 1 month !!! which works out about £60 a year, so l sent it back and was charged for the potage to, not impressedVerified purchase: YesCondition: New

shock sensor
the shock sensor sets and even in sensitivity 1 does not go off i have 2 others of thease gps and one i have had for 3years and still works well but this one does not go off at any shock so if some one got in car it does not send a message to phone with corodinates all the other thing seem to work like check send a message back saying battery ok and shock on but rely on this shock with all my other vehicles and it normally works well so disapointed about this part of itVerified purchase: YesCondition: New

TK104 Ideal, simple to set up
For a non tech person (the wrong side of 60) I was amazed how easy it was to set up the tracker, just took a few minutes. I only want it to be able to find position of my vehicle and send alerts if it moves (the tracker has many more features). I live in a poor signal area but the TK104 sends a text back in a few seconds with its exact location. It seems robust and well made. I had bought a cheap tracker first which was unreliable with poor reception so was a bit worried about this one but need not have worried. Really pleased so far.Verified purchase: YesCondition: New

Excellent service and a great product.
I bought this from this company. Excellent little product. It came preset as advertised. All I had to do is hardwire it onto my bike. Sat was the guy I spoke with in the company. He did an excellent job and got me setup in no time. The tracker works even when I park the bike in a multi storey parking in the city centre. They also provided the sim card pre installed. Good little product!!
Does what it should, ignore reviews that say it’s tricky to set up its really not!! Was up and running in 10 minutes. Network coverage on supplied sim not great so may be worth changing for an alternative. Other than that it’s great!!Verified purchase: YesCondition: New

Not up to much.
The manual had such small text, you would need a strong magnifying glass to read it, and no phone sim number came with the sim, it says in the add that you get two batteries with it, one battery only.Verified purchase: YesCondition: New

Excellent but need setting up properly
This unit serves my purposes perfectly. I use the sms mode not the live tracking. I use it to alert me if my monitoring equipment is moved or tampered with and, if it is, to then locate where it is. Because I set the unit to sleep mode the battery lasts a week. I would say that the instructions are a bit hard to follow as they were clearly not written by a fluent english speaker.
