The item was ordered on the 25th of February, with a delivery date of the 5th March. I booked my car in for service on the 6th March. No progress till a week later for a VRM request, no progress till the 6th March, parcel force collected it in Bristol. The due date passed, the service had to be cancelled, as of today the 8th March, no filter and no answer to a formal eBay question, "where's my item". Sorry but absolutely garbage service

The car mats look good and as described. They arrived on time but I was out for half hour and so Parcelforce took them back to the depot. Parcelforce do not let you know when they are coming. Some couriers will text or mail and give you an approximate delivery time but not Parcelforce for my delivery. They do let you select a date for redelivery but still do not give any delivery estimate, not am or pm even. There nearest depot is about 40 miles away. Could do better?

Avoid avoid Poor communication, very late delivery. Didn’t know if the pads would be sent as seller ghosted me, purchased else where, pads turned up a month later, I had to pay return postage and no way of contacting ebay for help. Utterly pathetic customer services from the seller & ebay.

Not a lot to say about it! When items are made to do a job and do it right, one can only praise! Being a genuine Mazda product specifically for the CX3 it fits perfectly. The only downside to the genuine product is price, if bought new form Mazda these are quite expensive when compared with the after-market offerings, they look very similar in shape, if the pic's shown are to be believed! They cost a third of the genuine article and probably, going by descriptions, should do the same job. I bought genuine because I found a second hand one for less than an after-market version, not by much but as it was nearly new and in perfect condition, I thought why take the chance the other would be right! Whichever you buy, it will probably arrive rolled-up, once unpackaged lay it out somewhere warm ... Not a lot to say about it! When items are made to do a job and do it right, one can only praise! Good quality robust boot liner
A good quality item. Well made, it fits the boot perfectly. The only caveat is that I would have liked the lip of the mat to be taller in case of spillages. But that’s a minor point.
