Item was well packaged, however when I took off the packaging & opened all the sectyions of this 30L cooler bag there was no shoulder strap with it at all despite the photo on e-bay showing one with the bag. That sadly was the only negative against this e-bay seller & there was no contact number to ring to ask about the shoulder strap. Otherwise all good.
