We guarantee that the goods that we supply will be to the correct specification as advertised, however we are unable to guarantee precise compatibility or suitability. It is the responsibility of the customer to check this prior to ordering. We try to insure that all information provided is as accurate as possible.
 
We reserve the right to accept or reject any order for any reason whatsoever. No order will be considered binding unless and until it is accepted by us.
 
All prices are quoted in £ sterling.

You have a legal “duty of care” to take good care of the goods. You must return the goods to us at your expense to our address below.
 
If it is more convenient we can arrange collection by our couriers, any costs incurred will be deducted from your final refund. We will refund you the full amount paid for the good less any costs to collect the goods, within 30 days of receipt of notice of cancellation.

We use ours in the gym which is in the garage and it’s jolly cold this time of year. Stable base and easy to shift around. Very warm, even lent it to next door when their heating failed. I will use in the garden for evening drink's when it’s too much hassle to light up the fire pit.

    Great product

    Spent ages researching which heater to get and ended up with this one! Great heater! It's silent to run and keeps you nice and toasty in the evening. Easy to assemble. Only criticism would be the power cable is pretty much the height of the lamp so you'd need an extension lead unless you have a socket right next to where you need it! Would recommend this product though!!

    Patio heater

    I got sent a different make them Foxhunter but was the same design. The lead on it is very short and only just reaches the floor when extended. I prefer it lower down as heat gets lost otherwise. For the money it's good.

    Excellent value, power lead too short.

    The heater itself works very well and excellent value for money. The only issue is that the power cable only is just long enough to reach the floor so you need an extension lead to plug it in, very poor design. That said, heat very good and easy to move around.

    great value if a little lightweight solution

    Extremely good garden addition for the price. Gas provides much higher output but costs a lot to run and is really large and heavy. This is an excellent product to warm those slightly chilly evenings and costs a lot less to run.

    Great product for the price!

    We wanted to use it while sitting on the patio on cooler evenings so we decided not to add one of the tubes to reduce the height of the heater and we were really pleased with the result as it kept the heat at a lower height without having it on the the highest heat. Very fast delivery arrived within 24 hrs. Easy assembly.
