Tried to blag me by saying the one i had been sent was much more expensive etc,.it is the worst one i had ever unboxed .Ebay had to intervene with regard to the return label & refund.

Avesta UK were excellent in keeping in contact with me,we both tried several ways of trying to get the DVR to work, but it seemed that there was a fault with the DVR, NO reflection at all on Avesta, things can get damaged , etc in transport and shipping. Avesta uk refunded the purchase cost and I WILL be going back to them .
