Came packaged in a good shipping box but box could have done with more tape on it as the steering rack was pushed through the bottom. Better off phoning to speak with someone as very slow replying to emails. Rack fitted at my local garage and so far working well. Old one put back in the shipping box and was collected ASAP next day after phoning to say it is ready. I would definitely use them again and I fully recommend them to others 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟
