This is a small glue gun, just right for handicrafting. Very quick to heat up - I would recommend standing it over an old tile, because once the glue starts coming through, there's no stopping it! (I'm guessing this is an inherent problem with all glue guns, which is why I haven't marked it down for that.) It's advisable to organise your workspace properly before you use it, and once it's ready, work quickly. Lack of preparation can lead to a terrible mess - a lesson I learned the hard way during my first use of it. This is no fault of the equipment - it performs perfectly well, and has proved very useful now I've got the hang of it.

I can't really recommend this. I tried to use it for a delicate piece of artwork and it just made an horrendous mess. Maybe it doesn't heat hot enough? But the glue drags in strings from the gun, nozzle, sticking like spider webs to everything beneath it. I spent more time cleaning up that mess than making art. AND the damn glue didn't even stick the surfaces together on any of the jobs I tried it on. Really poor. AND a hazard. It's too light to stand up safely. Don't let kids ANYWHERE near it.

The main problem of this glue gun is that the hot glue is constantly leaking out of the gun when turned on which is really annoying. On the other hand, if you press that glue release button, the glue is sometimes reluctant to show up. The glue gun is fine for occasional use only, avoid if you plan to use it on regular basis.

Nice and small so fits in my craft box nicely. Replacement glue is quite cheap on eBay so I'll never run out, only issue as with all glue guns you seem to waste so much glue because it leaks when it's hot. Definitely need to research on how to reduce the glue waste.

These glue gun's are well worth having, and are not expensive to purchase, you can just about do anything with them, I put a new handle on my cash box, so the bolts didn't scratch or cut you I put a load of hot glue over the end of the bolt and nut, it all so help's stop the nut coming loose. So I highly recommend one.
