We accept all major credit & debit cards but regretfully cannot accept American Express at this time. We can also accept cheques from either a business or personal kind but you will have to bear in mind we work on a basis of 10 working days from the cheque arrives to dispatch the goods. We are happy to accept payments via PayPal.
If you are an international customer, please be aware that at the point of payment your card issuing bank will convert the amount paid in UK pounds to your currency at the current exchange rate. This may incur a charge.

VAT is included on all purchases which means that the price you see is what you pay unless delivery charges are involved.

The courier will try to deliver your parcel three times, if they have no contact from the buyer after the third attempt they will return your shipment to us. Any additional carriage charges will be chargeable to the buyer.

Ordered this as a cheap solution to hook up with my AV Reciever for Karaoke not expecting it to be the best quality, but was pleasently surprised to find out that it actually has quite good quality, bit of a delay with audio processing, but generally very satisfied with this product. I Would recommend using Wireless Microphones along with this reciever as I generally think it would be less cables to travel around my room but an amazing product for beginners.

I've put this as positive as the item arrived on time and well packaged. also the box contains all peripherals as expected. unfortunately, the microphone and the mixer doesn't work. When I plugged it on a TV and soundbar, no sound comes out from the microphone. I gifted this and was opened late. by the time we tested it, the return period has elapsed so this goes to the pile of non-working ebay purchases.

Great buy. 5☆. Simple but very nice product. The microphones are standard but I am surprised with the great professional sound it creates. Very easy to set-up. For an affordable price but great karaoke set-up, I highly recommend this item. I hope it will last longer than expected.
