    Item eventually arrived but much later than advertised explicitly on the listing. Don't expect the advertised "fast delivery" shown on their listings. They list as "Royal Mail Tracked 24" then send it by a much slower service than expected then gives lots of excuses and BS about how tracked 24 isn't reliable when you ask. Overall a poor experience and I would not use this seller again. Reported to eBay for misleading buyers regarding the postage service promised and advertised on their listings.

    I was very happy with the price of this game, although it originally arrived with a small scratch which unfortunately prevented me from loading it. Upon informing the seller they quickly ran though potential fixes before deciding to send me a replacement disc at their cost. Fantastic customer service in which I was informed of every step they were taking to resolve my issue. Second disc arrived within a very reasonable timeframe and loaded immediately without a problem. Excellent stuff!

    this arrived on time, and its BRILLIANT for the price. as for me, i’m obsessed with the harry potter books completely. the old ones i absolutely LOVE and these, you can tell they’ve been used but that’s how i love it to keep forever, and it’s such good condition and price. maybe don’t buy for a gift, id say for yourself, but these are the sort of things i keep forever at a very reasonable price. i will be buying the rest of the series from here.

    Book was fine for what I required it for. It was a missing volume for my Son in law. I would loved to have found a better copy but it wasn't put there. it arrived promptly and well packed. Complete right to its explanation.

    Lovely book but can see they're not new.

    Exactly what it says on the tin. You can tell they're second hand books by the age they look and mine had a note on the second page where a woman had gifted it to her little girl but other than that perfect! Would definitely recommend if buying for yourself or your children maybe not for a gift as they're not new.

    Good service, great product

    The product was shipped really fast and it arrived at its destination in no time. It was well packed. The only surprise I had was that the book was quite old/used. (Maybe it is written simewhere in the description about the book's condition and I failed to see it) Still, it was in very good condition. I do not regret buying the product from them. As a matter of fact, I actually ordered the second Harry Potter book.
