Staples constantly sticking.

Not heavy duty!!
I bought this to re upholster some chairs. The staples just kept bending and folding on themselves so took twice as long to do the task. It was down as heavy duty but I wouldn't say it was particularly heavy duty if it can't staple some material onto a wooden chair! Can't get replacement staples
I have bought two different sets of staples which match the description for this staple gun but none of them fit. Presumably you have to purchase the staples directly from Neilson because the gun doesn't load other brands.

No power
Bought this staple gun as i have a insulation of my shed job. Looks fine in the box alas the gun has no power to shed the staples. Half the time it doesnt even press the staple out. Wasted half of the staples as even when it does push the staple out it would struggle to get through a wet paper bag. Absolute waste of money and dangerous!!
First of all, the stapler arrived 2 days late!! The staplers itself doesn’t even work, the staples are constantly getting stuck, more than once staple at a time comes out, takes at least 3 attempts for a staple to come out!!
