The hole punch works and quality is OK for the price.
The hole punch works as it should. I used to to make extra holes in my daughter's belt. The locking catch to keep it closed isn't tight enough and slips so it doesn't lock the handle, but as the hoie punch works, the product is good for the price.

Works on Thin Materials only
I bought this hole punch to modify two leather belts. It operated perfectly well to start with, but the cutting heads were very blunt and would not cut through the leather belts. I had to use so much pressure to make any impression that the hole punch cutting heads do not now line up with the anvil. A nicely designed product spoiled by poor workmanship

Lightweight and reasonably functional - god value.
Lightweight but durable, for normal domestic use anyway (I found it balked at a very thick leather belt, but worked perfectly on a lighter one), and good value for money. It appears to be well-made and functional, with the limitation I described.
