It has taught me that there is indeed a lot to all grain brewing, if you want to get into the details. I would have to admit that some of the water chemistry was hard going but the author has now made that easier with his app "brewing water adjustment". As an all grain brewer I was a little disappointed that the first half of the book is all about extract brewing.
