It is what I expected, except that I had to connect the hose to the reel. In previous years, when I have bought a hose and reel the two have come connected. I would not normally mention this but it was because of the slight difficulty in connecting the two with this particular product. However I remain very pleased with it.

The reel has come apart due to not being able to withstand the water pressure. The hose appears to be of good quality and has given no problems. An on/off switch at the nozzle end of the hose would be useful for a 30m hose.

This is a replacement of the same product I had for years. It has the same fault, either handtighten the extension or use a tool and fitting cracks. Can't handtighten anymore so is leaking at the moment.
