While the laptop operates well, there are a couple of major problems that come with it. The biggest one being the ridiculous amount of sound coming from the fans. Tried disabling them through bios and deleting the cooling app yet it still makes the same highly distracting noise. Another problem is the apps randomly shutting down while in tablet mode. Also disappointed the contents of the box did not include the HP Active pen for tablet mode.
