I'm a professional Motorcycle mechanic with two workshops. I have used lots of brands and types of lifts. Usually I use the 750kg Electric lifts which cost around £1000 but I needed a cheap lift for smaller jobs so gave this a try. I've used cheap lifts before so I wasn't expecting a lot but I was pleasantly surprised. It's pretty sturdy and well made. Being on casters makes it handy too. It doesn't flex and wobble when fully extended either. My biggest complaint is the AWFUL clamp that's supplied with it. I've seen them before for sale separately. They don't clamp anything securely. They just wobble around. If buying this lift, I would suggest that you assume that the clamp doesn't come with it. You will HAVE TO strap the bike down with side straps to the tie downs that are supplied. It takes about 40 'pumps' to fully raise the lift but that's fine as it's easy on the knees unlike some Jack lifts. All in all I think this is the best lift you can buy for this kind of money. Especially as it's a Scissor lift. The cantilever type designs are more wobbly and they move forward when you raise them. I would buy another one without hesitation. But I would price in another clamp to go with it. Read full review

Was over the moon to receive this,2 months on the pump has leaked all over the floor coming from the piston part of pump looks like poor machining ripping the seal up.spoke to trade they want £18 to return to Belgium even though it’s a 2 year warranty so not pleased about that besides that it sits er6 comfortably. well made sturdy a shame really but not surprised this is how things normal go for me it’s like I attract issues

Arrived in a well made crate - delivery driver used pallet truck to bring it right up the drive. Removed crate and the few parts not attached and used the 2 front wheels already attached to wheel it down the garden to my shed/workshop. Easy peasy! Very easy to assemble the odd few parts needed. Excellent bit of kit !

Needed a lift for a big Moto Guzzi touring bike. Chose the scissors lift type as space is tight. This lift arrived in a solid wooden crate with all the fittings enclosed, quite a weight to manouever into the garage but was soon assembled and tested. It proved to be rock solid even at full height. Not shown in the ad were the loops for straps, (4 off), and the removable plate for the rear wheel. Only downside is the plate is mounted too far forward for my long wheelbase bike, but will probably work with smaller/shorter bikes. Overall a good product and the front wheel clamp will support the bike easily on its own. Highly recommended.

No cons, just the job for a home garage. Outriggers make it very stable and ramp was no problem getting my old 6T onboard. Front wheel clamp is very secure allowing time to ratchet strap to the well placed tie loops. Pumping up to max hight was easy and now I can work from a stool rather grovel around on the floor! Would recomend this very handy piece to anyone with a project bike or general repairs or just giving a good polish up. Save your back and knees buy one!!!
