An amazing book, filled with everything I've needed whilst trying to grieve as a young widow. This book has given me the strength to join a support group. I was suggested this book on an online review for young widowed people. I've never been big on reading but since reading this book I haven't taken my eyes off it. I'm hoping it will help me heal.
