The seller was kind enough to offer me the option to return for a refund, but given the low cost I let the issue go. Since they have 10+ of the item I told them to fix their listing to reflect the true item being sold. At the time of this review they had not done that. Disappointed. Won’t purchase from again.

    Arrived just in time

    The package arrived 4 days before the expected date so I was able to enjoy my vapor x 3 earbuds for the weekend and going into my work week. As a visual merchandiser, I'm constantly moving within the retail store and these wireless earbuds work perfectly, staying in my ears while listening to music or picking up phone calls. Getting set up to my phone's Bluetooth was easy. Even though the packaging seemed like it was opened before, product had nothing wrong. Everything came in the Box as it was supposed to.

    Poor performance for such a positively reviewed product

    I was very much disappointed with these headphones. The reviews I've read were so positive and the end product is so not great. It does have a good sound quality and the battery life is as claimed, but skipping songs action is not working, with my Note 8, which is important for me and connection quality is poor, so I get disruption in sound even when I just walk, withe phone in my front jeans pocket. I strongly do not recommend these.

    Probably the best bluetooth headphones ever!

    To be honest, this is my first pair of Bluetooth headphones, since I'm all for wired headphones usually. I was surprised by the sound quality of the headphones, they can get really loud without losing their sound quality and clarity, and the best part is the fact that you can manipulate the sound using the Jaybird MySound App, and it will work straight out of the box on any device you connect it to. In summary, a great pair of headphones with only one shortcoming, the price.

    Excellent!

    This is my second Jaybird X3 set. Is that good! Best runners Bluetooth and price is great being the previous version now. Packing did compress and damage my ear tips though. I think it’s a 1 out of 1000 though. My first set was packaged right. Small mistake from manufacturing but it has other ear tips to work with. Highly recommend!
