Ideal for eggs, fried or poached as well as crumpets. The rings have slightly longer cylinders than most so can also be used for making small towers of other foods, such as potato dauphinoise, to make a neater presentation on the dinner plate....loads of uses and easily cleaned.

Once the product arrived I put it in the dishwasher. The rings immediately formed a layer of rust in the curvature on the edge of the ring (the top/bottom is curved as not to scratch pans as you can see in the image). And it's not just one of them, all 12 (I got 6 packs of 2) consistently rusted. In the beginning I thought this couldn't be it, and assumed the rust-looking color was something else. This was not the case, the rust stayed there and it's impossible to remove. I'm not sure what exactly defines something as food-safe, but in my mind something that rusts and cannot have the rust removed can hardly be it.

These rings should be so simple to use, a ring of metal coated with a non stick finish, sadly they only achieve 50% of this, they are rings made from metal. The coating is rubbish, egg sticks to them like doo-doo to a blanket. Simply put they are NOT non-stick, frying an egg should be a basic requirement but the white still needs to be cut away with a knife to remove it from the ring. Waste of money in my opinion.
