My cardiologist said I can have up to 128 mg of caffeine a day, afib. I used 5 ml, which has 50mg of caffeine, since I don't get caffeine much this amount in my iced tea was enough to get me thru the afternoon. It did not make me jittery, just more energetic. I am no doctor therefore this is not a medical claim, just how it worked 4 me,
