I had a pair if seized brake nipples on my old classic car which the Ist garage couldn't free. After some research I bought the Aerokroil and the second garage successfully freed one of the nipples, saving me a considerable expense in replacement brake caliper.

I could not free a 22mm brass nut holding a boat’s propellor on to its stainless steel drive shaft even with a 350Nm impact driver. Having applied the oil I tried again and it came off after a couple of attempts. I believe the oil is overly expensive but I gave the product five stars as it did as it claimed and it has certainly saved me a lot of time and potential costs. I also used it to free a gearbox stainless steel drain plug in an aluminium housing. Previously I just could not shift it with any of my tools. Within a few minutes it came off relatively easily with a large screwdriver and spanner.

This is the best penetration fluid by miles, it’s acts quickly and efficiently. Used this too soak glow plugs before removing them. I was going too give this a week too soak before attempting too remove. Thanks sprayed this on and left it 5 minutes before even cracking the glow plugs from their seat. No waiting a week I could tell right away as I cracked the plugs from their seat that this had freed them up, or the plugs were broken although I knew this would be unlikely as I set the torque wrench to the cracking torque setting as I wasn’t just going too use a spanner or wrench and hope for the best, precaution is always the way with glow plugs. Anyway this stuff did the trick with no effort no broken plugs, came out with ease and you could see the fluid had went paste the threads and down too the yip of the plugs where they seize and lubed the seat nice too. Bought this to soak 8 rusted, seized in bolts in an alloy cylinder head. Coated them for several days and managed to remove them all without snapping. I have used similar products in the past but this stuff just seemed to make the job easier. Very expensive though compared to other penetrating fluids but worth the cost.
