I got this because I was suffering severe strain in my wrist and shoulder. The pain in my shoulder has disappeared since using this mouse. It may take some time before my wrists recover. As much use as a crack in a glass eye.
Only basic facilities, no scroll, Right button is uncomfortable to use and does not readily fall under second finger. (Right handed use) These comments would be the reverse for Left Hand use. In my honest opinion, left handers will find it just as difficult to get used to. After a fair trial period, I find my old mouse easier and more comfortable to use.
