    The ultimate beginner's guide to keto.

    If you're new to the keto way of life and find all the information confusing, this book explains and gives you a road map to follow. I first listened to the audio version via my public library app for free but wanted the actual book to refer back to. It's a hefty weight! This guy really knows his stuff and explains it in an easily understood and friendly way. There are recipes in the back too! I'd tried tons of diets with no real effect: the calculation section in here revealed that my calorie intake was way over! The weight is now coming off.
