However, When I came to use the new Windows 11 laptop, I discovered that the key board was locked. Despite my best efforts, using all the usual procedures, I was unable to access the computer. I realised it was either a fault or a "technical oversight". .When my son, a trained computer tutor, looked at the item, he confirmed there was an unresolved software issue. Now sorted, all is O.K. Still a v. good buy despite this "oversight".
