I love this air fryer oven as it is a pull down door and it works brilliantly. it's a dream to operate and simple to clean. Personally I have bought extra trays for inside but that's just a personal thing.

Great product but robbed by taking to payments and they don't answer the emails
This is the second one that I have ordered all went well with the first one, the second one I ordered has gone up in price but whatever, the prom is they have taken two payments for the same item so definetly will not be ordering any more or reccomending them to any body to deal with.

Useful and versatile for the smaller family
I have had the cooker for about a week, and in that tiime have cooked a small wild mallard duck on the rotisserie, and an arrangement of aubergine and tomato kebabs, using a skewer cage sourced on ebay, which attaches to the rotisserie mechanism. Both were a great success. It's worth pointing out that the size of the oven and the rotisserie mean that you will never be able to use the rotisserie for anything like a standard chicken - though of course you could put such a bird on the basket or tray and roast it conventionally. You might manage to fit a poussin into the rotiseserie. I have had a smaller pot-shaped air fryer for about a year, and found it very useful. I bought the Livivo ino rder to have something bigger and more versatile - and it has not disappointed. UPDATE 9 Feb 2022. ... After three weeks of use, unfortunately the cooker stopped working: all it would do was to display an error code (E3). So far this is working perfectly (but then, so did the original, for the first three weeks!). Many thanks to Jessica of HSI for organising this for me. I am glad to have a cooker back, and look forward to many adventures with it.

Great oven

Dissapointing product
This item was refunded as the door catch was broken and when closing the door the oven would not switch on. I used a screwdriver to hold the oven's micro switch in. The oven then switched on but when switched to a fan function the fan blade made a loud noise as it hit some other metal part inside the oven. As you can't get spare parts I was unable to repair it.
