The supplying company dealt with the situation professionally and immediately refunded the purchase cost without any fuss. It is still on my vehicle until my old unit is repaired. The supplying company do not even want the faulty unit back. I have faith in them simply because of how they handled themselves. It was a new unit and not a used unit. The description is wrong hence the low score, otherwise a good company.
