Highly addictive!
A friend turned me on to TLSP and I'm so glad he did. I'd mentioned liking the Arctic Monkeys and he suggested giving TLSP the other band that Alex Turner was in. It has a very sixties feel about it in places which I like. It took a couple of spins before it all came together and then I just couldn't get enough of them. I love that raw in your face sound like they've just plugged in their guitars and started playing with nothing between you and them complete with lots of echo which just adds to the feel. Think Twin Peaks, Blue Velvet with a bit of Chris Isaaks and string section thrown in for good measure and you'll still not be close. I bought the EP 'The Dream Synopsis' on the strength of this which was a bit of a disappointment, but I've just this minute got a copy of 'Everything ...
