I have not contacted yet, not sure how to. Unit got here and had 4 screws loose inside. No WIFI connections and sound system does not work. I had to spend 60 dollars for a WIFI adapter. Finally got that to work but still no sound and no clue where screws go. I am upset but I guess I need to find a way to contact them to see what they say! I sgould not have gotten a computer in this shape.

Computer arrived in great condition. It’s nice and clean inside and out. No issues getting it setup with the fresh install of Windows 10, booted right up and SSD is super fast. My only issue is I can’t find the product key for Windows that was supposed to be included along with the computer. The COA sticker is on the case but nothing containing the product key.
