I take these to help with constant uti( urinary tract infections).. Was taking 3 per day for 3 months.. it definitely helped.. was unable to take them for 4 months ( stuck abroad, Covid) uti’s came back.. started them again, took a while but helped again . I am not a medical person, this is my own opinion..
