A Keyboard that has a lovely touch and is a pleasure to use. This is my second one. My cat decided to take a walk on the wild side and knocked a mug of hot tea over the last one. I am thinking I should wash it in the bath with lots of hot water and some fairy liquid. Saw them put through a dish washer on you tube!! Can not entertain any other keyboard as I am used to the feel of typing on this one. I had the other for several years so it's definitely an excellent buy. I no longer allow the cat to travel across the desk whilst I have the keyuboard at risk. I was really impressed by the wireless facility as I have no regrets due to the strong signal and faultless performance. I sometimes forget to plug in the charging lead and as soon as I get an unresponsive key I know it's my fault. Plug it in and whilst it's charging it's perfect again. No need to have it fully charged etc. I use it at a desk so do not need the other great attributes but it would work if I was sat on the settee or in a recliner just as well. A truely great product that I used to take for granted until I lost it for a week or two. Couldn't live without it really so here I am plonking or plinking away, with the second one. Comfortable and well made.
A good keyboard to use for extended periods. The keys have a nice smooth action and it feels solidly made. The only problem was setting it up with the SetPoint software. Although the keyboard worked straight out of the box I wasn't able to access any of they advanced settings (function key assignments, illumination settings etc.) via the SetPoint software. Never spent more than a few £ on a keyboard in the past but now wish I had - I love this keyboard! Intuitive lighting on the keys which only lighy up in low light conditions - move your han anywhere near the keyboard and the backlights instantly come on. Considering this is a wireless keyboard that makes sense to save the battery power- talking of which there are rechargable and you simply plug the keyboard into an empty usb socket on the pc with the supplied cable for a short while which then charges the batteries (indicator on the face of the kb to let you know when it's fully charged. The kesy themselves are very responsive and well designed new chunky keys and these feel amaziong to type with especially if you are a fast typist like me. Backlight keys are a saviour
Picked up this board so that it could link up with my Logitech MX Master mouse. All set up nice and easily and using it has been a joy since. Keyboard is nice to type on for long periods and keys have a nice rebound. Ok, but....,.,
It's ok but I don't like the following: The keys are too close together and are 'flat'. Consequently I often press two keys together when typing. Secondly, and most annoyingly, there is no indicater light to show that the caps lock is on or not. On Windows 10, it doesn't show it on screen either. I know this does not sound much but, believe me, it's really, really annoying! For such an expensive keyboard that lights up every key upon touch, I would have thought a simple toggled light to tell you when the caps lock was on or off, is not beyond the realms of capability.Verified purchase: YesCondition: New
