This is such an interesting read! I’m enjoying the way the author includes historical data and actions and builds on that with more recent investigations and case studies. It is sensitively written and provides plenty of links to evidence, lectures and websites for those wanting to dive deeper. The chapters on heart disease risk factors and cholesterol especially enlightening for me. I’d definitely recommend this book and associated website.
