The allen key socket is 5mm on M6 screws which, for me, makes it easier to get them cinched in nice and tight. The socket end is also knurled, making it easier to get the screw started.

I queried the non arrival on the 14th, and was told that it had been despatched. When the goods eventually arrived, close examination of the packing note showed that it wasn't even printed until the 14th May - later the tracking confirmed that it wasn't despatched until the 14th - the day I queried the non arrival. I have had good service from this company before - disappointing that they let me down on this occasion.
