Second one I have bought, first to replace a lime scaled sanitop the other for a new garage converted cloakroom. So easy to hook up to loo, sink and even a shower tray, lots of blanking plates and jubilee clips are supplied, just cut connectors down to pipe size. They are a little noisy on flush, but for a third of the price of the market leader I can live with it. First one has been in over 2 years all good. I have used 22mm and 32mm pipe for exit with no problems, but we dont do number 2 in them as 2nd toilets. 90 degree bends are best avoided 2x45 are better for flow on all of these type of toilets.Great idea if you are not a plumber,or hate digging big holes in the wall and garden or drive.

I had 3 of these. 2 of them failed, the other was hardly used. One failed because it failed to switch off - had to cut it off at the iso. The second one had the same problem intermittently several times, which rectified itself by waiting 3 weeks and then powering back on again. It then finally failed by the pressure switch not triggering. Replaced them with saniflow ones. False economy to buy these cheap, poor quality ones, unless you enjoy maintenance on macerators :-)

Delivery was very quick (free) everything you need is included, it's so simple to connect to your toilet, all the jubilee clips come with it, the macerator comes with a 13amp plug also. There's blank off caps for the 2 spare inlet connections which can be used for a shower and sink if you wish, a selection of clips and a spare one way valve inside a rubber tube. There is also a manual switch on the top of the macerator housing though you don't need it because it's fully automatic, I bought an identical one of these about 9 or 10 years ago, that's how long it lasted, so having said that I would gladly recommend this macerator to anyone. Cheers!

it is really cheap and in compare to other products it is cheapest. In compare to other expensive products it is more powerful and good quality one. I will buy it again if I need it more and will recommend to all my friends to buy it, if they need any one. only be careful to installation: connect it on the right hand side, not in left side(as usual in UK). It more then good for money.

Recommended, but beware the shower waste entry on the lower left side. It appears that if you run your shower waste downhill to that entry, then it will work. NO!!! Water level inside the macerator is about 180mm above floor level, but no instructions to tell you the minimum height from floor to bottom of shower tray. Trust me, you need 200mm at least! That is quite a big step up! I've had to buy a dedicated shower waste pump (or rip all the job out again and raise everything to silly height)
