1. Scope
For the terms and conditions between bau-shop-24 GmbH and you as a consumer within the meaning of § 13 BGB, these Terms and Conditions shall apply exclusively. Consumers in the sense of these GTC (General Terms and Conditions) shall mean any natural person who enters into a legal transaction for a purpose that can neither be attributed to your commercial or independent professional activity.
2. Conclusion of Contract
The presentation of products in our online shop is not a legally binding offer, but a noncommittal online catalog. By clicking the button "Send Order", you enter a binding agreement for the goods contained in the basket. The confirmation of receipt of your order takes place together with the acceptance of the order immediately, and you will besent an automated e-mail. The delivery of goods is carried out within 1 - 2 days after receipt of the order. Spare parts shall be delivered within 2-4 days after receipt of the order. If we recognize that an ordered product is, by chance, out of stock and not available to be delivered within 2 days, the buyer with be informed.n The information provided on this website has been carefully checked and is updated regularly. However, no guarantee can be given that all information is always complete, correct and up to date. This applies especially to product information from the manufacturer. The contract is concluded exclusively in German.
3. Prices, Shipping Costs, and Cost Assumption/Return Costs
The prices are in British Pounds including VAT. For incoming order rate changes specified at the time of release of the order price is valid. The shipping costs depend on the amount of goods ordered and the mode of shipment and are communicated clearly before submitting your order. To find out the validity of our limited offers in each case, they are displayed in the shop. Despite careful stocking, it may happen that an item is sold out faster than expected. We therefore do not guarantee delivery. The following applies: Only while supplies last. If you want to make use of your right of withdrawal, you have to bear the direct cost of returning the goods.
4. Delivery, Transport, and Transfer of Risk
The dispatch of products is done by parcel / package / shipping directly to you. Partial deliveries are - as far as these are not detrimental and reasonable for you - admissible. Thus, there are no additional costs for postage and packaging. For you as a customer, the transfer of risk applies immediately to you only by handing over the goods from the delivery service. The handover is the same if you are in default of acceptance. Default of acceptance can occur only when Bau-Shop-24 GmbH has unsuccessfully attempted a free delivery for customers. If a product is, due to force majeure - this includes in particular: strikes, lockouts, official orders and environmental disasters - even if they occur with our suppliers or their sub-suppliers or manufacturing difficulties, can not be delivered and the products ordered not procured under reasonable conditions on the part of Bau-Shop-24 GmbH, it can be so that Bau-Shop-24 GmbH is exempt from the obligation to supply, as far as the hindering circumstances have occurred after conclusion of the contract and Build-Shop-24 GmbH is not responsible for this.
5. Payment
We offer the following payment methods: PayPal and Advance Payment (Bank Transfers). With the advance payment (bank transfer), we will provide our bank details in the confirmation email and deliver the goods after receipt of full payment.
6. Cancellation Policy

You have the right to return your purchase without question within 14 days. The deadline is met if you send the goods before the 14 day deadline. You bear the direct cost of returning the goods. You may have to pay for any diminished value of the goods, when this value is due to a loss necessary to ascertain the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods handling.

7. Warranty
The statutory warranty regulations, i.e., that the statute of limitations for statutory warranty claims is 2 years and begins with the date of delivery. i.e. receipt of the goods by the buyer.
8. Liability

On the legal relationships between Bau-Shop-24 GmbH and you, shall be the law of the Federal Republic of Germany. The application of CISG is excluded. In business dealings with consumers, the law of the place of residence of the final consumer is also applicable, provided that it is mandatory consumer law. In the event that a conflict between our company and another non-private company arises, the place of jurisdiction shall be carried out in Esslingen am Neckar, Germany. Jurisdiction for both parties is Esslingen, even if you are a consumer and have no place of residence in the European Union. The pictures of the products on the internet or print products can differ from the original. In particular, colors may differ from the original due to various reasons (eg, through your monitor settings, viewing angle, special colors, etc.).
Should any of the above provisions be or become invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions shall remain unaffected.
Guarantee Policy:
Duration of warranty
In addition to the legal warranty of the dealer from the purchase contract, we are making the following parts warranty from date of purchase:
2 to 5 years on drivetrain technology, motor, and motor control unit. 2 years on radio equipment, accessories, and special systems. (all depending on the manufacturer's instructions)
Through the use of the warranty, the warranty period is not extended. For spare parts deliveries and repair work, the warranty period is 6 months, but at least the current warranty period.
Prerequisites
The warranty is only valid in the country where the unit was purchased. The goods must have been purchased through the authorized distribution channels. The warranty only covers damage to the contractual object itself.
The receipt of purchase serves as proof of your warranty.
Services
For the duration of the warranty, we shall eliminate any product defects that are proven to be attributable to a material or manufacturing defects. We pledge to replace, free of charge at our discretion, the defective goods to faultless quality. Replaced parts become our property.
Reimbursement of expenditure for dismantling and installation, testing of corresponding parts, as well as demands for lost profits and compensation for damages are excluded from the guarantee.
Also excluded are damages by:
Improper installation and connection
Improper commissioning and operation
External influences such as fire, water, abnormal weather conditions
Mechanical damage due to accidents, dropping, jolting
Negligent or deliberate destruction
Normal wear or deficient maintenance
Repair by unqualified persons
Use of non-original parts
Removal or defacing of the type plate.

Electrical and electronic equipment and batteries should not be disposed of as household or household waste, but must be handed in to a suitably equipped acceptance and collection.
