Terrible. Purchased a brand new PS5 console from them. Item arrived with all boxes damaged and open. The PS5 box seal was already cut open and the box damaged. DPD also took photos when it was delivered showing it was damaged and open. Shopto constantly lied to me promising they would send a brand new replacement out but 2 weeks later they never did and instead told me I would have to reorder! This was after they purposely raised the price of the item by £160! Disgusting and act like criminals
