Everything you need to know
Yes, a compendium but such an approachable “way to cook”. Wonderful. Even size of pan and time required per step in a recipe are given. And I actually like using volume rather than weight, which is the American way, because it’s much quicker. Get this as a reference and a joyful inspiration.
