    Best melatinin I have ever tried.

    Best melatonin I have ever tried. I never woke up with a zombie feeling ..I get up fresh ..ready to run and do some fitness. I does not make me sleep for 6 or 7 hrs continuously, but at least 5:30 which is enough for me. Once you take your pill..it takes 30 to 45 mins until it gets you a bit sleepy. If you are watching tv like me, just turn off the tv and sleep,..if you continue watching ..then it is possible that the effect wears out.
