Small, light and super powerful
Small and light, great for those tight spaces. This is a very powerful tool and even on the #1 setting it easily drives 70mm screws into wood. The trigger control has a good range and enables you to handle the high torque with smaller screws without over tightening. It did take a bit of practice as I'm used to the auto-torque limit setting on my drill driver but once past this it does control better than the drill. I drove about 100 x 50mm screws on my latest project and it was down to 2 bars on the 4AH battery so not bad at all for battery life. On the #3 setting it easily handles the wheel nuts on the car which is a bonus that I wasn't expecting from such a small device. It's a bit more expensive than the normal competitors but like all Milwaukee tools I'm expecting it handle the abuse without complaining and it lasting a very long time.Verified purchase: YesCondition: New

Just treat yourself you wont regret it
I bought one for a builder pal of mine who loved it would not stop going on about how good it is so I tested it against my Brushed Milwaukee impact M18 BID Which I was more than happy with only to find this FID2 was leaps ahead in power much quieter less impact banging,Not saying the M18 BID is a bad unit its not at all this thing is just a little monster,My pal has even used it to undo the wheel nuts on his car but not sure I would reccomend that as thats not its purpose in life and if you want to do that get a M12 stubby Mine breaks the nuts of My T6 Transporter Torqued at 180Nm no problem using a short impact socket,May pals got rid of all his Yellow tools now and replaced them with Milwaukee because they are that much better than most others and have 5 year warenties,I have also replaced my workshop with Milwaukee and had to buy a M18 FID2 for myself just so I got one :). Soooo much better than my old brushed tool
Brought this as an upgrade for my brushed Milwaukee impact (that’s still going strong after 6 years use) but after another trade come round with his dewalt brushless, I was amazed how much more power and more quiet they were, well worth the switch guys if your still on the brush or looking for a new tool, this has so much power and drives screws without as much banging, do yourself a favour and save those ears, also gets into much smaller places. My first Milwaukee

Brilliant drill
I bought this to replace my dewalt impact and boy does it replace it. Sends in screws quicker than your eyes can keep up. Very compact and smart. Brilliant quality and a 6AH battery lasts all day of good usage. Highly highly recommend this bit of kit.
