Cheap, simple to instal car theft protection.
The unit arrived promptly and fitting the SIM card was easy; I went for a Giffgaff payg with £10 of credit. I connected it to the battery of a vehicle which has a solar panel keeping the battery charged so the tracker should always be live. The instructions aren't brilliant but by following them I texted the unit with WHERE,(password)# and it immediately replied by text with data for latitude and longitude, speed, date and time. I changed the text commanc to Url,(password)# and it texted back with an immediate link to Google maps showing the tracker's location, brilliant! It can be configured to give a live map to show the tracker's route but my Google Chrome wouldn't allow me to connect to the Chinese site which hosts that function, saying it was unsafe. No problem, the device wil tell me where it is at any time I ask, and that is what I wanted. No monthly subscription, no chance of an internal battery going flat when your vehicle is stolen, simple to use, simple to instal, what is not to like?Verified purchase: YesCondition: New

This is so easy, buy a SIM card , put £10 on it , put SIM card in tracker, connect to car battery , wait untill all the lights go out , phone the number on the SIM card, hang up , wait 18 seconds , the tracker sends you a link to Google maps. Great bit of kit.Verified purchase: YesCondition: New

Does exactly what it says. Easy to install within your car/ vehicle & very easy to use. Earth out the black wire, & connect the red wire to a constant feed of 9volts! (remember to check that your source of 9volts is still live & still 9volts once you lock the car!) That’s it! Just phone the sim card phone number, hang up, & wait about 10seconds for the tracker to text you an exact location! Very accurate location position given too. Fabulous. I’ve bought 6so far & have been fitting them into various family members cars too!
