This pulley machine is fairly straightforward to put together with a couple of spanners or a socket set and is surprisingly sturdy when complete. The action of the pulleys and the weight carriage is smooth and easy to control. The addition of a mid-height pulley to do weighted crunches is a real bonus making this machine better value than most. You can carry out loads of exercises on this station. popular ones include:- Lat pull downs Triceps push downs Triceps pull overs Seated rows Upright rows Biceps curls Weighted crunches With an ankle strap attached (this is not included and would need to be bought separately) you can add all sorts of low pulley leg exercises. The only gripe is that the clips that secure the 2 inch adaptors on the weight carriage need taking off every time you need to change olympic plates. This will not be an issue if you are using 1 inch plates as you don't need the 2 inch adaptors.Read full review

Having used the gym for years I now plan to build one of my own at home. I can honestly say this product is of near commercial quality and is very easy to assemble. Will take more than enough weight to suit my needs and looks the part too! Can't recommend it enough.

I bought one of these not knowing how good it would actually be as I've never bought anything like this before. Aside from the thing arriving on 2 separate vans (no idea why), it's superb. Really pleased with it. I have this in my spare room (the gym) and I assembled this alone. As long as you are careful and assemble it in a logical order you'll be fine. YOU WILL NEED TOOLS. I used two adjustable spanners for assembly. With regards to usage I've had no issues at all. It runs smooth and is strong enough to cope with most normal usage. If your a Popeye pro that's eaten your spinach and can seated-row 140kgs don't bother - go to a proper gym. If your like me and have some experience but am still learning or are starting out weightlifting then it's perfect! Well worth the money. Overall A**** buy one. Read full review

Good value machine. Assembly was straight forward. Used it for a couple of weeks now and have no concerns. Better than cheaper models because of its height (I’m 6’1” and it gives me a full ROM)
