I’m pleased with the item but I think the use of the term “file cabinet” can be misunderstood by customers as I originally thought that it would house suspension files, whereas in fact it does not. HOWEVER, if one looks carefully at the images of the product it is clear that it doesn’t. I contacted the seller about this and they were very quick to respond - also offering me a discount which was very welcome but technically not necessary. Very swift communication!

Arrived as described unfortunately the stand broke whilst I assembled it.
Contacted seller who gave me two options either to exchange it or refund. I requested an exchange and a replacement stand was sent to me very quickly. When it arrived the packaging was damaged but when I assembled the roller stand it was undamaged fortunately and works fine and I am very pleased with it. Informed the seller about damaged packaging when delivered to me who were to follow up the issue with courier.
