Returns Policy:
 
* Faulty goods must be returned in original packaging and original condition.
* Replacement (if available) will be given on our receipt within 30 days of sale.
* Credit or refund will be given if goods not available.
* It is customer's responsibility (after informing us by email and our subsequent agreement to return postage cost and method) to pay for and send the item back to us.
* If item is found to be faulty within 30 days of sale we will refund the return postage costs.

Really happy with my purchase unfortunately on inspection before this model was shipped to me it was damaged so the seller offered me a replacement or refund I accepted a repayment of a different Morphy Richards toaster at no extra cost & I'm really happy with it. They are really when contacted very responsive would definitely deal with them again in the future ����������

    Huge, expensive Disappointment

    This is a long slot 4 slice toaster , which however attractive, does not accept 4 slices of normal sized bread. They have to be part toasted and then turned round/rotated. Far too expensive for its very limited capability.

    Decent toaster but very expensive

    Does toast Scottish long slice loaf and standard bread very well. But when removing Scottish sliced bread the ejector could come up a little higher as the full slice is still within the walls of the toaster.
