I recently installed this alarm and I'm impressed, easy to install, very loud and 5 different sensitivity make it great, just noticed that between 4 and 5 setting is " big gap" in sensitivity, 5 is the most sensitive and even little tap triggers the alarm, one step down in sensitivity is set 4 in which you can shake the bike and not always it will trigger the alarm and obviously every other setting down (3,2,1) is less sensitive so you can adjust it to your needs Definitely worth the money and I recommend it its very loud and sound of it is almost painful in ears so everyone will hear itVerified purchase: YesCondition: New

A bit too sensitive
The alarm is easy to fit but it is far too sensitive when the bike is under a cover. When the bike is covered and the wind catches the cover the alarm sounds even when on the center stand and the bars locked. I was woken up a few times by the alarm sounding when I used the larger cover with the top box fitted. The arming sound on the alarm is what puts off anyone around when you first park up and as my bike has HISS so the red HISS armed light is normally enough to put off opportunist thieves so I can get away with disarming the alarm sraight after arming. Without a cover the alarm is fine but as the Police now suggest covering a bike to help deter thieves the sensitivity needs to be turned down a little,Verified purchase: YesCondition: New

Exceeds Expectations
For the price you can’t go wrong with this. I fitted it on my 02 Hornet but unfortunately the wires are not long enough to get the the indicators so they are not connected for the “visual” part of the alarm. Small problem though as it still works as it should. As others have said it can be a bit sensitive and the wind can set it off. Not sure how much it would drain the batter if you left it with the wind setting the alarm off every 5 minutes. End of the day, for the price this is a good piece of kit. If you want anything better go pay a ton more money. This does the job and adds another layer of much needed security. Would definitely recommend and buy again.Verified purchase: YesCondition: New

Best item ever
Thanks to this alarm system my motorbike will never get stolen now. It managed to stop two thieves already. It is really useful and I would definitely recommend it. It is not hard to install and online is full of tutorial video. Thank you very much

Fantastic Device
Incredibly cheap alternative to spending £350 on an alarm for your bike. Easy to fit and it you have an optimate lead on your bike I suggest you buy a matching plug (£1) connect it to that - you won't want an alarm while you're charging the bike in the garage will you? Very good for the price

Good alarm
